Perfect and nice hotel overlooking city, we had a WONDERFUL experience here. Favourable location and overall the staff was nice. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Arret Socimat bus stop. This place was perfect for what we needed, would be happy to recommend.

Absolutely nothing

I always stay at this hotel. The staff helped me find transport on my first stay. It has everything I need, Wi-Fi, valet parking, 24-hour reception, fitness centre. Coming back for Christmas!

Complementary cocktails and chocolates were offered upon arrival which was a nice gesture. the hotel was situated close to various restaurants and shopping centers which made it easy to explore the city. the rooftop pool with a view of the skyline was a great feature and provided a refreshing escape from the heat.

The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful.

The location of the hotel is outstanding, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. We felt safe staying at the hotel and enjoyed the surrounding area. The food at the hotel was also nice, and we particularly enjoyed the Shisha lounge, which had a great vibe.

Despite these drawbacks, we still had a good experience overall at the hotel. The location and surrounding area made up for the room issues, and the food and Shisha lounge added to the enjoyment of our stay.

I recently stayed at the Kin Plaza Arjaan By Rotana for a family vacation. The location was convenient and the facility was in great condition. The breakfast was amazing and the spacious room had everything we needed. The staff was caring and helpful. The hotel also went above and beyond by finding and securing my lost documents, emailing me as part of their lost and found service. I highly recommend this hotel for its good food, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.

The hotel is ideally positioned, with excellent access to the city's business center and outstanding public areas, such as the pub, where one could have a fantastic time with friends. the room was enormous, with great facilities such as a powerful shower, a comfortable bed, and others. the staff was polite and helpful, and the breakfast was top-notch.

The price of the tea bag is high.

The breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection of items including fresh fruits and pastries. I also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, it saved me a significant amount of money on transportation. The hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants and shops.

The room was not properly cleaned before my arrival and there were stains on the carpet. the air conditioning was not functioning properly and it made it difficult to sleep comfortably.
